At the present time all of our products are downloadable and do not require shipping.

Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products we cannot accept returns. If a file is corrupt or missing contact our and we will promptly resolve the issue. We strive to resolve support issues within 2 business days and usually within 24 hours.

**Notice** Due to differences in embroidery machine functioning, maintenance, and individual material choices, we CANNOT guarantee that our designs will stitch out perfectly. In order to provide the best designs possible every design is "stitched out" and tested prior to offering them on our website .
